My support co-ordinator Pratika is very committed and passionate in her role. This is a reflection from the exceptional and positive work and support I have received over time. As a support co-ordinator, Pratika has been extremely helpful in assisting and ensuring that my support and care matches my assessed needs as per my requirements and choice. Yash has been a lot of help for me as a Support Coordinator. He answers all my questions and helps me and guides me through all my problems that I face with my NDIS plan. The Plan Manager (Dhiren) also keeps in regular touch and always takes my consent before paying off any invoices.
