My support co-ordinator Pratika is very committed and passionate in her role. This is a reflection from the exceptional and positive work and support I have received over time. As a support co-ordinator, Pratika has been extremely helpful in assisting and ensuring that my support and care matches my assessed needs as per my requirements and choice. My support worker Jenny is always prepared to lend a helping hand and can easily adjust to any situation that she is faced with. Yash has been a lot of help for me as a Support Coordinator. He answers all my questions and helps me and guides me through all my problems that I face with my NDIS plan. The Plan Manager (Dhiren) also keeps in regular touch and always takes my consent before paying off any invoices.
