Our team of support workers can assist you to attend physical activities such as: Walking, Swimming, Team sports, Gym etc. They are there to support you however you need support. They can support you going for a walk in your neighbourhood, to engage in social and community activities that increase your level of physical activity.
We also have Exercise Physiologists and Personal Trainers we work with that can develop plans and exercises for you to improve your physical wellbeing.

We are a registered NDIS Service Provider. We provide supports and services to people in need of assistance, whether they have a permanent or temporary disability, are recovering from a workplace or traffic injury, or have become frail.
