• Our Support Coordinators are here to assist you get the right supports you need from Service Providers, whilst maximising the funding you have been provided.
• Our Support Coordinators are impartial experienced professionals who understand the sector and have a network of providers, agencies, and social workers to work with that will ensure you receive the right care, supports and services for you.
• They will take the time to understand your goals and plan and will work closely with you to ensure you get what you need. Our Support Coordinators will support you to build the skills you need to live life to your potential.
